We have a 30 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@woodsteelfurniture.com.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a freight carrier to contact you and schedule a pickup directly from your location. Our team will provide all necessary details about the pickup process.

Important: Items cannot be returned without first requesting a return and receiving confirmation from us.

Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. A restocking fee may be applied if, upon inspection, the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@woodsteelfurniture.com.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll arrange for a freight carrier to pick up the original item directly from your location. At the same time, we’ll ship out the replacement item to you.

This way, you don’t need to place a separate order — we’ll handle the exchange process from start to finish

Order Cancellations
We’ll do our best to cancel your order upon request. However, once an item has reached the shipping stage, we may not be able to cancel because freight carriers cannot recall drivers or hold shipments in transit. In that case, the order will need to be processed as a return under our standard return policy.

 

Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries
Refused deliveries, or situations where the carrier is unable to reach you to schedule delivery, will be treated as returns. Because drivers cannot hold freight shipments, undeliverable items are returned to our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the original outbound shipping costs, if applicable.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
