We’re committed to making sure your WoodSteel Furniture pieces arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find how we manage shipping, delivery, and freight appointments, so the process is clear from the moment you place your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Important: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order information, please contact us immediately. Once the order is in transit, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If delivery cannot be completed due to a late cancellation or missing/incorrect information, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and processed under our Return & Refund Policy, including applicable fees.
Shipping & Delivery Fees
Shipping is free for all outbound orders totaling $100 or more (before taxes). Many of our larger pieces ship via LTL freight because of their size and weight. While outbound freight is free, certain fees may apply in specific situations:
- If an item is returned, customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
- If a delivery appointment cannot be completed because the carrier was unable to reach you, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

Order Timeline & Tracking
Orders typically arrive within 2 - 8 business days, depending on your location and carrier scheduling. Freight shipments may take a little longer since they require an appointment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary if carriers experience delays.
Tracking information is provided by email once your order leaves our warehouse, and freight carriers may share additional updates as they schedule your delivery appointment.
Scheduled Deliveries
Because of their size and weight, most WoodSteel Furniture pieces ship via freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a time, typically once your order has reached your local delivery depot.
Important: Please ensure the phone number you provide in your shipping information is accurate and that you are reachable during business hours. If the carrier cannot reach you, your order may be returned to our warehouse, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist you quickly. Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and replacements or refunds will be issued once confirmed.
Shipping Regions
We currently fulfill direct orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and look forward to reaching additional regions in the future.
